Launching Summer term 2018

The learning never stops at the Guildhall

Expand the mind, broaden your outlook and widen experience. The Guildhall learning programme will set out to engage your senses, intellect and emotions. Learning is at the heart of everything we are about.

Whether you are a teacher looking for inspiring sessions to support your curriculum class work, bringing an adult group for an in-depth evening tour or wanting to learn a new skill in your free time, we’ll have fascinating activities to fire the imagination.

School Visits to the Guildhall

Our curriculum-tailored school sessions will be designed for Key Stages 1 to 4, from Early Years to 6th Form and beyond. Sessions will include history, and local historical studies, (KS1, 2, 3 and 4) PSHCE, and English, Art, Drama and Design.

The Guildhall Experience is not just about history (although that’ll thread through all our activities). School sessions will be ideal for cross-curricular study, enabling your pupils to gain the broadest possible benefit from your visit.
