Join Martyn Taylor at Bury St Edmunds Guildhall, for a fascinating talk about the town’s inns and alehouses, past and present!

Born and bred in Bury, Martyn Taylor has lived and worked in the town all his life, something he considers being very fortunate to do. He is a registered tour guide, author, and public speaker, and sits on various heritage committees dealing with the rich history of the town. His talk at the Guildhall will detail the emergence and loss of the many drinking establishments that this town had from years ago to today. How many can you remember?
