Sunday Talk Series: The Greene Family, their local and national legacy – 17th March @ 2pm

The Greene’s successes and setbacks from the 1800s through 1900s

Steve will talk about the Greene’s impact locally, throughout the 1800’s and 1900’s and will show how the ripples spread further afield.

Steve Ruthen is a Suffolk boy who has become absorbed in local history since retiring. He is always keen to talk about and promote Bury St Edmunds, even when the audience isn’t expecting it. He is proud to have qualified as a local tour guide and can be found performing elsewhere in the town. His motto is: Just look up but watch out for lampposts.
