Jankyn Smyth was a remarkable man, who used his wealth and influence to fight for the rights of ordinary people in the 15th Century. His legacy of good works lives on today in the local charity the Guildhall Feoffment Trust.

Join this special talk at the Guildhall to find out about the man whose life is still commemorated every year at the ‘Cake and Ale’ Ceremony!
