The Trustees share their vision and passion for the Guildhall experience project

16 Feb 2017

The Guildhall of Bury St Edmunds has been in continuous use by the town and its people for every year of the last eight centuries until the current one. The 21st Century has seen its use and state of repair decline, the doors close to the public and the historic rooms stand empty.

It’s time to put that right.

Capture the vision and see a glimpse of what’s planned to bring the Guildhall back into the centre of Bury St Edmunds life and breathe life into the building for the 21st Century.

Mike Jackson (Trustee and Project Director – Bury St Edmunds Heritage Trust), Jo Ellen Grzyb (Trustee), Henry Saltmarsh (Chair of Bury St Edmunds Feoffees) and Cllr John Griffiths (Leader of the St Edmundsbury Borough Council) share their passion and determination to bring the Guildhall back to life.
